After listening to 5 mold remediation sales people and comparing all my notes & pricing, hands down I chose to go with Mike from CCS to treat my attic mold that was discovered during my home inspection. Mike spent the most time answering all my questions without getting annoyed with me. He knew my daughter & grandchildren would be moving in soon and I wanted to be assured the mold would be taken care of. The work was done 3 business days later and I am relieved to see the mold is all gone. With Mike’s suggestions, we now have a better air flow system up there to avoid this situation going forward!
